James Tappenden

Hi, my name is James and I am an artist from Kent in the UK. I am 47 years old, happily married with three children and a French Bulldog called Frank. I have been an art enthusiast since childhood and about seven year ago my interest in creating pieces of art grew. I started painting with watercolour which then progressed to space inspired art using spray paints. Fast forward 3 years and I am now an avid acrylic pourer. By day I am an engineering model maker, come evening I am a self taught artist who is trying to establish a full time career, based on my passion for art and creating pieces people can admire. I have held my exhibition locally and to my surprise it was very well received. I am hoping that my love and passion for art can continue in the same vein.
